Students obtain the knowledge and skills to perform the upkeep of commercial and public buildings and grounds through hands-on training in cleaning operations, building repairs, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.

Course Sequences
A combination of this course and those below, equivalent to two 36-week courses, is a concentration sequence.
