Entertainment Design and Technology
Students will learn and apply skills in various areas related to the creative process of live production. They will have the opportunity to explore scenic design and construction, lighting design and technology, and live sound reinforcement. Students will learn techniques used by industry professionals through hands-on experiences, and investigate job opportunities and careers in the dynamic and growing industry of live entertainment.

Course Sequences
A combination of this course and those below, equivalent to two 36-week courses, is a concentration sequence. Students wishing to complete a specialization may take additional courses based on their career pathways. A program completer is a student who has met the requirements for a CTE concentration sequence and all other requirements for high school graduation or an approved alternative education program.
