Power Generation Design and Function
In this advanced course, students use hands-on applications like designing circuits, generation systems, and modeling system parts to deepen their knowledge of concepts and policies related to power generation. They explore symptoms of trouble and possible solutions. Students use and interpret engineering and technical drawings and schematics. They explore emerging trends and consider how power generation affects society and the environment.
Course Sequences
A combination of this course and those below, equivalent to two 36-week courses, is a concentration sequence. Students wishing to complete a specialization may take additional courses based on their career pathways.
