Cybersecurity in Marketing, Advanced focuses on cybersecurity fundamentals, threats and vulnerabilities, and data security and ethics. Students will investigate cybersecurity concerns pertaining to promotion, engagement of customers, customer service, brand building, and sales through the use of websites, social media, digital messaging, streaming video, digital display advertising, and app marketing. The integrity of strategic marketing plans and marketing campaign hijacking will also be examined.
